The issue is with American society and how it negatively views a woman's craving for sexual desire.For a guy its ok, but this is not the case for a woman. Which is crap if you ask me. You can be every bit as horny and more, and still be as girly.

 If you're thought of as highly conservative, that will excite some and turn off others. If you're hyperactive, that will excite some and turn off others. And yes, if you're a horndog, that will excite some and turn off others. It's just another type of person, neither better nor worse. Personally, I'd LOVE to find a girl that's a bit of a horndog, and I don't for a second thing I'm alone in that.
Now, if you WANT to be stereotypically "girly" then sure, being horny isn't part of the cliché, but who cares?
