yourdesire26 is verified as being by the original poster of the question I meant about the pornos that most of the orgasm are fake. Its all for entertainment. and no i dont watch alot of porno cuz you could get the real thing with someone. Basically deep throating is pressing against the back of your throat and from my experience and my friends it makes a clicking sound.
