Once was that time at the gym, the other was when i was at my work and she asked me to text her when my college exams were over.I actually quite like this girl, given she has alot of interests similar to mine, particularly the arts, traveling the world and literature. So upon the facts would it appear that she is interested too?Thank you!

Ok i think she likes you and you should ask her out. i mean the worst thing she could say is 'no'. But i mean even with that you could still be friends
GOOD LUCK!

Why don't you just go for it and ask her out? (Make sure she knows it's a date, don't just say "let's hang out"). She seems nice enough that she wouldn't give you a hard time about it :)
Good luck!
