Yes actually you can hurt yourself. If she is alittle to tight then it will hurt abit. And if she isnt wet that can hurt too.
But all in all, no it will be fine

It depends on a number of factors, ..but generally no, it is not typical for it to hurt a guy, ..and in most cases, precluding underlying medical conditions, it would be a minimal and fleeting discomfort, ... nothing on par with what many girls have to experience when in the same virginity boat.
However if the woman is rather petite or a virgin, well then yeah, you could find things a little too snug for optimal comfort.
If there is not enough lubrcation then friction could cause discomfort.
Attempting anal without using lube will most likely hurt a guy - will most definately hurt the reciever.
If you are uncut (have a foreskin) you will most likely be more sensitive than a circumcised guy, and a foreskin retracting without adequate lubrication (either artficial, vaginal secretion, or from pre-cum) could make you wince a little, .. as can a foreskin that is overly tight.
On the latter point tho,(tight foreskin) most guys with a foreskin have any tightness issues naturally resolved by their late teens to early 20's, ... and if not, you can manually work on stretching and loosening it yourself, ...even if just spending a bit more time when in the shower when pulling it back and cleaning under it. If it is a major discomfort then medical advice from a doctor should be sought.
On the whole tho, no, nothign is likely to happen to your penis and no, it is not likely to hurt you at all.
