Does he really love me and would he ever cheat?

so things with my boyfriend and i are fantastic! we have broken up a few times but then got back together he does have a lot of female friends and i have a lot of guy friends he does have a past of cheating on an ex girlfriend but he told me that he wouldnt eve cheat on me bc when he cheated it ruined his life and he cheated when he was in 7th or 8th grade we are both juniors in high school. any way i met some of his family thursday for the first time and we have been dating to 4 months..i met his cousins the ones he is living with. and they like me is that good? any way he does talk about me to his cousins not in a bad way bc they like me. i stayed the night with him thursday and it was fun we hung out that whole day something we have never done we went to the mall again something we have never done i had no make up on and my hair was a mess he would hold my hand and everything! so then he told me that i has suppose to go to a party after work and he wanted me to stay at his house with his cousins bc he wanted me to stay the night but i had to go with my mom somewhere. so i came home untill he texted me he was coming to my house to get me when i had to go to the hospital because i thought i was having a miscariage but luckily i wasnt so i told him that i was going to the hospital. i got down there and almost and 1 hour later he came and he was DRUNK! not totally wasted but tipsy. i had no idea he was drunk and i asked him why he didnt tell me and he said because i wouldnt let him come to the hospital to see me.it was 2am and we didnt get out of the hospital untill 5am and he had to go to a work meeting in the morning so i told him that he could go home bc the doctors said everything was fine. and he said no that he was staying with me. the whole time in the hospital he was saying i love you so much i really do. then he wanted to be with him so he asked me if i wanted to stay the night with him again or him stay with me so i stayed the night with him again. and everytime we spend the night with each other he always kisses me when he first wakes up and he tells me he loves me then i say i love you to and he always always say i love you more. so then yesterday he brung me home when he got off work but the thing is he wouldn't let me he wanted me to stay the night again! he wouldnt even let me get out of the car lol. i told him that he had let me go and he said no i dont want to i wont you to stay with me he said that he got use to me sleeping beside him and he didnt wanna sleep alone. does all this sound like he loves me?
