writes:I went to a couple parties and this guy has been to them too. We talked at the first one and sat together and then we danced and got really close at the second one. This night he asked if i liked him and said he liked me. Then he would ask if i wanted to makeout and he tried to kiss me a few times. I want to know if he did and said these things only because he was drunk or because he actually likes me. Ps:the next weekend he was drunk and one of his friends told me that he kept talking about me and wanted to go pick me up at my house? Does this guy like me?or does he just want to "get in my pants?"

 That you won't know until you go out with him, if he really likes you he will ask you out rather than wait till you are at a party together and he is drunk.
If he does ask you out, go if you want to but just make it clear to him if he trys anything on that it is too soon for that.
If he is a decent guy he will see you again and wait until you are ready, if not then he is not worth it.
