Does he really like me or am I just a bed partner?

This guy (48) never married and has a girl friend for 15 years, goes over on weekends only and was my ex boyfriend started to email me back in April. He's a great guy and I've always cared for him. I'm married, but it's doomed to come to an end, as he won't go to counseling after I've asked for 2 years. This guy says he hasn't had sex with the girlfriend for a long time and asks me to "get naked" with him a lot. Finally did and he was very caring and wanted to make sure it was ok to do this or that and I was fulfilled before he came. Do you think he really likes me or I'm just a bed partner? He has me come to his house and doesn't care if anyone sees me there or not, of course it's at 11pm at night, but still.
