reader, anonymous, writes (20 October 2008): you may have nothing to worry about, a lot girls just have black skin in that area any yes it can look quite ugly lol but this natural and I doubt that any guy would be ran off buy it unless he's just a punk lol however i'm not a doctor and can't properly diagnose your problem! just to be on the safe side you should visit a gynocologist you don't have to tell anyone else and you don't have to go to your regular doctor, find a new one just for this occasion and explain to her your concerns and let her offer you a solution!
