We became really close mates in year 10 when he went out with a mate of mine (didnt end well by her breaking up with him due to liking someone else nothing wrong with him) and have been really close since then. I moved around half way through the year and we discovered we now lived within 2 mins of each other and that was great - he is over here all the time and visa-versa. But I like him more and more each time I see him - I have even had dreams about him! But yeah, so I really like him, and I kinda asked him to prom but not properly and he said no, he didnt like me that way. But then we went with one of our friends and my brother drove us. So yeah, great time, and I still like him and I dont think he knows. However, lately more and more people are thinking he likes me. My best mates think he does and I always shake it off - they say we are always flirting. Even my *mum* said we were sitting really really close and everything. We are always play hitting each other and joking around and everything. Its great. But I dont know, does he like me? Should I tell him I like him? Or not? Sorry its like blunt, I didnt really know how to phrase it short. But this is really confusing. Please help! Does he like me that way?

I think, if it seems that he's flirting with you, and to you it seems as if he likes you, you should tell him how you feel. If he doesnt feel the same way then it seems as if he's leading you on so maybe you should distance yourself from him.
