A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

There's this guy I like at work but I can't tell if he likes me back. He'll tease me over silly things i.e

Once I cam late from my break he was teasing me that I was seeing a mystery guy, he know's i'm single or if I'm applying make-up he thinks I'm trying to impress someone. Another time, we were training, he kept pushing my chair and I pushed him back. Also I planned to book some holidays and we happen to have the same holidays, he took the mickey that I copied him. He's given me lifts home but as we do different shifts I don't get lifts anymore.

Y'day at work when he was going for his break, he patted my shoulder twice. Also we're both ill and I said you sound awful. He was losing his voice you see. Then he goes "do I sound sexy" I didn't know how to reply and just said "do I sound gorgeous" He laughed. I don't know if he's being friendly or if he's attracted to me?

A female reader, MuffinGirl Netherlands +, writes (10 December 2008):

MuffinGirl agony auntProbably he fancys you, but you shouldn't take it all situation seriously. He seems like someone who loves flirting and teasing felmale friends. If i were you, I wouldn't mind about that too much. But if you like him, flirt and tease him back. And then it may comes to the point that he will ask you for a drink or date. Is he single? If he is, then that's the right reason why he act that way.

In my opinion your situation is just innocent flirting.

Take care.
