I have been hanging out with him a lot lately ,and the sexual tension is insane. He has been flirting with me alot, calling me asking me to hang out, we got drunk, and ended up holding hansd, he said something to me but I don't remember.Tonite I saw him about 20 minutes ago, and I came home, and I texted him what are you doing later, and he said I should come with him or whatever, then I was like yea I can't my mom won't let me, and he goes yea I might just go bang some random girl and come home... LIKE DID HE SAY THAT TO GET A REACTION OUT OF ME. but I handled it normal and said yea you should its spring break why not, and he was like yeahhhh. LIKE? what do I do?

 Well it is hard to say why he said this to you, but yes I think you are right I think he was trying to get a reaction out of you. It sounds to me like he does like you a lot but he is not sure if you like him therefore he probably just said that in a immature way to see what you would say to him. Well it is either that or else he doesnt have much respect for girls.
Why dont you talk to him and ask him why he said that and see how it goes from there.
