writes:i have this friend whom i love more than a friend for more than a year already but he treats me only as a sister. we became really close, we talked on the phone for hours, always texting each other 'till midnight, he's really sweet and caring and then he started to ignore me the week after. my friend told me that he told my friend that he doesn't want to have a girlfriend yet. well, i don't see the point him telling my friend that because i'm not yet interested with having a committment with him and i will be leaving by the end of march 2008.my friends are telling me that he's ignoring me now because if he continued doing that we will both get hurt because i will be leaving him.is there a tiny chance that he also likes/loves me?

i will be leaving in march because my family decided to live in california. he won't be coming with us because he'll be finishing his studies in our school now.
he also told my friend that if he likes/love someone, it will just be up to that and the reason why he doesn't want to have a girlfriend yet is because he doesn't want to get hurt. i know it's a selfish reason but i can't blame him.

Well he is NOT interested. You could be moving to the moon at the end of march and if a guy really loves you he will be with you until then and not just ignore you. This guy is not interested.
