 "They"? Don't you mean "He"? I want to clear this confusion that it's not more than one person.
Now it does seem that he has feelings for you. He has all the classic signs. Now I think he wants to see if you actually have feelings for him. If you do, show him that!

i hope you fancy the person back, because it looks like you will have a fun relationship ahead if so. Be straight out, text introduce a truth or dare game (Say ur drunk if u want), and then when its ur turn ask who they fancy. Or whichever way suits you.
