Teens that do bodybuilding need to very carefully plan their diet to ensure they get enough calories and vital nutrients to both provide for normal growth and the extra workload put on their bodies.
It's not as simple as just drinking protein powder, (which is a waste of time anyway seeing a normal diet usually provides enough of that and milk is a better and far cheaper source of quickly metabolized protein) it takes a carefully regimented lifestyle, diet and workout routine.
It is exceptionally easy even for adults to over-train or not eat enough to balance their nutritional requirements but in a growing teen long term imbalance through poor maintenance during work outs can stunt growth.
At your age body building is a waste of time. Take up a martial art like kick boxing or something would be much better for your body and would build steady toned useful muscles. Not just big bags of water which is what body builders have, did you know body builders aren't that strong at all? They're muscle is largely useless, it might look good but it's not trained for a purpose just trained to inflate like a balloon.
If you want to build huge useless puffed up muscle then bodybuilding is what you want. If you want strength, muscle definition, slim, toned muscle that's useful, with greater stamina, endurance and overall better appearance and health then take up a martial art, or swimming, rowing or other athletic discipline. They incorporate resistance training i.e. weights into their training and the benefits for a guy your age are far better.

No, as long as you stay away from garbage like steroids. As long as you have a proper workout routine and use things like protein powder (which is completely safe, its just powdered meat basically..lol)

Only if you use drugs/steroids or don't get enough nutrition.
