Loosing your virginity is when you have sex for the first time
Therefore, being fingered does not mean that you have lost your virginity.

It depends upon how and why you want to define "virginity".
It certainly means that you are not completely innocent in the sexual activities department.
It also means that you have not actually had sexual intercourse, and for most people, whether you have had sexual intercourse is the key test of whether or not you are a virgin.
In some cultures, particularly ones where women are regarded only as possessions of men and virginity is especially prized, they looks at whether a hymen is intact - yours might be broken as a result of your activity - but it could already have been broken by vigorous sporting activity - so it's a pretty stupid test. In my view, looking at virginity in this way is pretty misogynist anyway.
