 Have lots of sex right around when you are ovulating (if you can't tell when that is take your temperature in the morning, it is slightly higher than normal) then any sexual position is fine but elevate your butt and legs after you finish and don't get up for a few minutes. I had trouble conceiving my 3rd child and this worked like a charm. Have fun and good luck!
