I want to lose some weight/gain muscle in some certain spots and I was wondering if anyone would know some great exercising routines or anything. I guess you can say I am skinny but I'm still curvy which drives me nuts. My hip bones in the front show but then I still have love handles and curvy legs and a not-so flat tummy. Thanks if anyone can help me out :]

I think at your age your body is still developing so dont be too worried if everything is not even yet, my body didnt get fully into proportion until I was about 17/18. Having some curves is natural for a girl, and it is very rare to get a completely flat tummy as women are designed to have children....you need that bit of tummy for any future babies!
If you think that you are skinny but with some problem areas then I would say a diet probably wont help you that much whereas exercise is probably the best option. But remember, if you do start excersing frequently you might need to eat a little more to give you the energy you need!
There are some exercises you can do that might help; swimming is the best exercise to tone the body up all over and get rid of any extra weight. But make sure you swim hard enough where you can feel your heart beating harder than normal, if you are not slightly out of breath then it wont be working. Stomach crunches are best to get a flat tummy but they are hard work and you need to do lots of reps, about 100-200 a day and you should see some results.
But dont take it too seriously, you are still growing and need to give your body time to adjust! Curves are just as good as being skinny, I've always been a curvy girl and have had more attention from guys than many of my very skinny friends! Learn to love your body, you will find that those problem areas you have wont go away very easily so its best to accept that you are the way you are!
