 Could you ask him somthing work related or ask his advice?? If not ask him about a film youve seen recently, if he repsonds well and talks about films then suggest going to a movie together. Youu could even ask him if he has plans for the weekend or did he do anthing exciting last weekend etc. There are so many ways to get a conversation going without asking for all his personal details! to start a good quality coversation with someone you have to find something the both of you have in common. you could ask him what his name is and then ask him to maybe get some coffee withyou to get to know each other as friends and then if everything works outmaybe he will ask yuo out. you have to give it time though.
