It split once, and we had to abstain from sex (and he had to abstain from masturbation) for around 12 days whilst it healed. He's always complained that sex without a condom (I'm on the pill and we're both STD-free. No lectures please!) hurts at first- his foreskin doesn't pull back as he enters me, so he has to do it manually before pushing into me. He says that as he pushes in, it hurts, but that once he's inside of me, it feels really good. We've tried adding extra lube, but he normally loses his erection because of the cold and the feel of it on him, and it normally soaks in after a few seconds anyway. It's not just the fact that we prefer not using condoms- he lasts a good 2 hours with a condom (one that fits and is put on correctly!), but only 25-ish minutes without one. I'm generally exhausted after 2 hours. 2 hours is great when we have time, but say it's a lunchtime quicky, we don't want him to last that long!Does anyone have any suggestions for how we can make condomless sex easier? Neither of us like using condoms, and want to be able to enjoy each other as much as possible!

Yes, only a doctor can help here. Tell him not to be shy. Doctors see all kinds of things and this is a common condition and easily fixed.

Your boyfriend has Phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is (sometimes) unbearably tight. Usually, regular manual handling of the area can ease the pain a little but, I think he needs to see a doctor. There are different options they can give him to help cure it since he seems to have an extreme case. Has he ever considered circumcision? It's a very easy procedure...but yes, he should see a doctor and get this solved. Or else if you're using water-based lubricants, try NATURAL oils. They will not you internally, just test and make sure you have no allergies and do not use them with condoms. Something like virgin coconut or olive oil is a good start. Warm it a little first and it should be a more erotic experience than the cold, water-based lubricants. Good luck
