Well we didn't break up...he decided not to call me and ditch me so he could get back with his ex(who insidently left him for his best friend). I haven't seen him since last november and I thought I was doing fine. I thought I was over him and ready to move on and go out with someone else. But today I went to the mall to find shoes with a friend and glancing up I saw him walking with his ex. Immediately after I saw him my chest seized up, I could barely breathe, my vision clouded and I thought I was going to be sick. It was an immediate reaction that occured second after I recognized him.I quickly looked away and don't know if he saw me. I saw him three more times in the mall and I got the same reaction. I'm assuming that it just means I'm not over him but how do I get over him. I tired of thinking about him and I want him out of my life for good. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get over him fast?

You are already over him, the fact that he stands out at the mall is because you know him, you recognize him in a crowd, have you ever looked for you friend in a crowded place, hard to see at first but then when you see them they seem to stand out, same thing. you are only young and will meet someone who you care for and they care for you then when this other bloke sees you, you will be the one who stands out.
