Do you think it is okay to have a relationship with the ex-husband of my ex-husband’s wife?

me and my ex husband have been divorced for almost 11 years now and have a 14 yr old daughter and an 11 yr old son. he is now re-married and has been for about 4 years or so. his new wife had also been divorced for a while and has a son with her ex husband. her ex husband and i practically grew up together but hadn't talked in a while until recently we would see each other at ball games for the boys and would talk and then the talking turned into falling for one another. i just kinda wanted someone else's perspective on this situation and to know if this is okay that i continue a relationship with the man who was once married to the woman who is now married to my ex husband.
