Do you think a guy who just wants to be polite would do that. He says he often remembers me. We are friends as we address each other as that, bcuz this guy is married! So I don't want to get into trouble.Even though we appreciate our friendship (they live far away with family and speaks of wife and kids that he has from his 1st marriage) he says he likes to keep in touch and I'm no intending in crossing any boundary. But I know his wife is quite jealous so I don't think she knows about emailing....What U think?

Forget him. When a guy sends a picture voluntarily, he's fishing for praise and sex appeal. I think it's better to not email him ever. You will get mixed up in something that you will regret. If he is bored in his marriage, he will likely reach outside of it to find confidence and challenge. Don't take the bait.
