I would think of him and our song would play. The same thing happened for him. On an ipod out of thousands of songs, we would get into the car and 3 different versions of our song would play back to back. I would see something and think of something random, only to hear later that it had been the exact same for him. We would be far apart and always have some sort of connection, and there would always be signs that seemed to say "you need to be with this man."I saw him tonight and we made out outside for the first time in years, since our break up. I saw not one, but two shooting stars. I've never seen one before in my life. I was so excited I forgot to make my wishes! He has always said we are soul mates. Wacky and loony as it sounds, we both have this feeling we are meant to be together. Even though my family dislikes his, even though we have next to nothing in common, something out there is pushing us together.Any similar stories? Do you believe people can be meant for each other, maybe even pushed together?

So that is intimidating. But a kiss from him gives me the melty feeling in my tummy and sometimes looks leave me speechles... So we'll see!

We signed on to chat the first time and had our rooms decorated the same way.
We finish each other's sentences and say the same thing at the same time.
This was all before we ever met in person.
When we met it was like we had known each other forever.
We even breathe in sync.
We have just about everything in common and have the same values and habits.
It really is like we are twins.
Yes it was creepy at first.
We'd text each other and call each other at exactly the same time. Wake up at the same time etc.
Good luck and I hope it lasts!

Not exactly the same, but when I have arranged to spend time with the young lady I am attracted I often seem to know at some subconscious level exactly where she will be and when.
Two examples:
1. We had arranged to meet for lunch. I decide to go and check my bank balance. As I walk up the hill towards where the ATM is, I see her walking down from the other direction.
2. Again we'd arranged to meet for lunch. I was a bit early so I went around the corner to the shop, and she was thereat the exact same time.
I know it has happened more time than just these. Normally I make some comment that I must have great timing.
Is it fate? Maybe. I think it's really nice though when it happens no matter what.

I've seen a few shooting stars myself, but I don't attach any significance to that because thousands, if not millions of meteors enter the Earth's atmosphere and burn up every day!
Forget the families not getting on together, they're not important, but I'd be a bit concerned that you don't have anything in common. A couple needs some common ground, some common interests, if the relationship is to stand the test of time.
However, enjoy what you've got while you can! I hope it lasts and that you live happily ever after together if that's what you want.

If I think of my husband he phone's me or texts me. Same the other way round. We know what the other is thinking and will finish each other's sentences some times as we wree thinking the same thing. If I get a thought to do something, like go away for the weekend, or a meal out or even just have a takeaway for tea he will have the same thought and make the same suggestion before I get chance to say anything.
Spooky!!
We also found out that we nearly met 3 or 4 times before we actually got together, applying for jobs at the same place etc.
I really believe in soul mates but didnt until I met mine, he is my other half and completes me x
