 Well it would seem that you are demonstrating some advanced interest here, so I'll add some response. After considerable oral for her, resulting in at least one orgasm, then grasp yourself below and slowly rub the head up and down her labia (lips) for at least a minute or so. Avoid the clitoris (bud), it may still be very sensitive. Make sure her vulva is lubricated naturally or add saliva as needed.
Then insert for a good while, and if you can bring her close to another release, you can pull out for a moment and go back to moving the tip up and down her lips. Just a wee update tho... i think i didn't put enough detail in the question.I know women love some licking and kissing action rather than tapping but what i originally meant was, say you are penetrating her and sometimes it slips out or the guy is having a wee break, then would it be okay for the guy to do 1 or 2 taps here and there?

The clitoris can do it's job on it's own wihtout any direct stimulation. It's very important that you check this with your partner before stimulating it directly because some of us really don't like it.

Clitoris is female sex organ, it has clearly definable meaning and function. It has more meaningful function then male's organ. Male's sex organs has two function: say, urination and ejaculation of semen, which switched of male's sex drive at the very moment of ejaculation, for long to longest time. Where as female's sex organ 'clitoris' has single function: to generate pure pleasure, without any urge of ejaculation.
Vagina is different thing, it has procreative function with other urinary function includes. But, clitoris has separate and special local, shapes, colors, and function. This is the reason, why female enjoy 'foreplay' with greater intensity than male. If male achieve some consistency with the function of clitoris, and skillfully lead foreplay...then heaven is the only possible result. Then relationship has fullest achievement, morality and honesty also.
