Well we've been friends for 14 years and we've both recently broke up with our ex's due to them cheating. We've aint talked for 4 years now and we ran into eachother 2 months ago. We've been talking a lot on the phone cause he lives out of state. He calls me atleast every other day. He has takened me out with just me and him. He pays for everything. Im pregnant and every time I mention that im craving for something he seems to get it mailed to me.. He's coming to visit next week and asked me out to watch a show with him.

 Its hard to tell really. He does seem to bending over backwards to please you. I also get the impression you want him to be interested in more than friendship!
Just take it slowly,one step at a time and see where it leads. You dont want to set yourself up to get hurt especially as you are pregnant, newly broken up and a bundle of emotions already probably
Make it clear in a subtle way that you are interested if you are i.e. a little bit of flirting and see what happens. If you are not just enjoy having a good friend in your life. Good luck x
