writes: i am on the pill and after my week off i forgot to take it for a few days and i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend a few times when i was drunk.my period is not due for another few days but iv been getting a bloody discharge and my breasts are tender and i was getting really bad headaches last week could i be pregnant. i would take a pregnancy test but i dont no if it works yet or do u have to take it on the day your period is due?!

I agree with Camille - go ahead and get a home pregnancy test to make sure you aren't pregnant if you think there's a chance of it. It could be pms, but it could be pregnancy, too.
Sometimes when an egg attaches itself to the inside lining of the uterus, some spotting can occur. This is called implantation bleeding. Some women, however, just have regular spotting throughout their pregnancy around the time of their regular periods.
As for the other symptoms, they are signs of pregnancy, yes, but they could also be any other number of things. So before jumping to any conclusions, go ahead and get that pregnancy test. If it's negative, then it doesn't sound like you have too much to worry about. If you still don't think something is right, then go ahead and call your doctor. If you find that you are pregnant, then you need to schedule and appointment at your ob/gyn.

 They all sound like pre-period symptoms to me, except the discharge which is a usual side effect from a missed pill. Get yourself a pregnancy test (many now work extremely quickly) to find out for sure and in future, take care to remember the pill as yes, you can become pregnant by just one missed one.
