writes:ive recently found out my b/f has an adult friend finder account. he says it is not in use. naturally i am very hurt about this. i am just wondering does that site still send emails to people even if the account is not activated??? or do they keep sending emails to the account regardless??thank you. reader, anonymous, writes (6 August 2008): I must admit I signed up to that site out of pure curiosity and never used it do anything once! It still sent me emails anyway. You'd need to see the actual email to get a clear idea whether he's still active on the site, or whether it was just a random mailing. Take care xx

 unless you delete your account you may still get emails.
I get emails from sites i no longer use at all.

 hmmm..it kind of depends. im sure that with some of them, once they have your email they keep you posted. but im not sure. he may have deleted the account but he may also need to unsubscribe from the emails.
