Yes, some of them do, especially if they are close. Why do you ask? Have you been talking to your brother about sex or do you want to?

I would barely talk to him about anything other than the basics. I actively avoided him. Now, we're quite close. Usually if we talk about sex, it is generally a more generic conversation, not about our exploits.

I also agree that as long as they aren't talking about having sex with eachother, there isn't anything to be concerned about.

Some do and some dont...my oldest daughter and son are 15 mo apart in age....and have always been close, they talk about any and every thing. My middle son and daughter are close but the dont talk about sex. they talk about dating...all kinds of things but they both clam up about sex. That may be that they are younger (17 and 13) and they will as they get a little older. I think it just depends on the people involved...some best friends talk about anything and some cant share private feelings. Some can talk about the most intimate things while others either cant, or have no desire to. Either way is perfectly normal. As long as they arent talking about sex with each other I wouldnt worry. mal
