it's that old ego that is hurt , you see her happy with someone new and think what has he got that I couldn't give to her , what makes him so bloody special.... but the truth is you gave up on her so you have to let this go. All this will achieve is you winding yourself up over something you can't change, and your current GF getting clued up and walking away from you, what girl wants to feel second best? put the past behind you , be happy for your ex and move on.
