You would have to describe what she does that is throwing you off.
Either way, you or she will get tired of waiting if no one makes a move. We know guys play hard-to-get as well, so she could be wondering if you're into her too.
So if you really like this girl, go in confidently and just tell her you're into her. If she doesn't feel the same way then it wasn't meant to be.

I need more information about what she's doing when you communicate with her. What are the signs she's showing you? When I like a guy I'm shy at first, but then I tease a lot and act very silly. Being silly at that age is a big indicator that she likes you. If you want to know you should ask her what she thinks of you, not in a romantic sense, but ask her what type of guy she thinks you are. This might give you a clue on how she see's you without totally giving it away that you like her.Good luck!
