reader, anonymous, writes (31 October 2006): It is entirely up to you if you tell her or not, it should make no difference to this lady if she genuinely cares for you and she has already stated age is no problem to her so this should be either. The best thing in a relationship is honesty.

 Being a virgin if nothing to be ashamed of! There is so much hype now a days about sex that if you are one apparently your 'different'.
Honestly I think there is nothing wrong with and I doubt this girl will, she seems to like you so I don't see what the problem may be.
I wouldn't tell her straight away, you may give her the impression that your wiling just to lose it either way, cross that bridge when you get to it. Start building a relationship of fun, trust and happiness first, then worry about the sex thing when your both ready to move onto that.
There's no rush! Remember you only have it once!
Plus I would rather be with a virgin than a guy who has had 'multiple' partners, she'll respect you more for that than sleeping around. But be honest, I'm sure you'll be fine fella xx

reader, anonymous, writes (31 October 2006): Tell her you're a virgin, don't lie about it. If a guy told me he had been with others and then afterwards said it was his first I would be a little upset that he felt he had to lie or whatever so don't lie just tell her.
The best time is when you're alone and in private mostly when you're having a special conversation about this sort of stuff and you're being open about things.
It might sound strange if you say just at random so veer onto the topic.
She won't be put off by you she's likely to respect you.
