writes: I have never seen my dad as a dad as he has never been there for me or my brother. After about three years i have got back in contact with his nephew and he has changed so much, in personality and in looks, I am afraid that i might be getting feelings for him. but do i really see him as a cousin if i have feelings for him? what should i do please help im so confused!

What do you want to do? It's your cousin not your brother. The only problem you will find in being a couple is your family which can take it not so well, after all. There isn't any other problem.

You can see him as both, but you shouldn't do anything about it. Whether you see him as a cousin or not doesn't change the fact that he IS your cousin, so any relationship with him other than that of family bonds is taboo. It is also illegal in most places.
It would be best for everyone if you did your best to get over these feelings.
