Hello just needed some sexual health advice

My ex boyfriend and I have just got back together. Completely in love with him and we have tried sex in the past but never been able to do it properly as it hurts me too much.

I really want to do it and I know it's upsetting him that we can't.

Has anyone got any advice about sex and perhaps how I can stop it from hurting so much? Or do I need to just cope with the pain

Atsweet1 agony auntFrom a women's perspective I experienced this also. Lack of experience was a issue and insensitive husband to coach me through the pleasure pain. I would suggest lubes answer stimulation is key. I would also recommend love making karma sutra books and information. You have to learn yourself and your fantasies also. I know too that work finance debt parents and children also school plus cooking and cleaning kills libido. Find out what makes you satisfied then go from there. I was rigid lol once upon a time.

Tisha-1 agony auntHave you seen a doctor about this pain? Pain during intercourse is not normal and should be discussed with your doctor, preferably your gynecologist.
