 No, he has a girlfriend. This guy is off limits. You might never see them together or hear them talk about each other, but this doesn't mean they're not close. Forget about him and move on, for your sake as well as his. Like aunt honesty said, for someone you could have a shot with, look for single guys.

 No it doesnt mean that at all. You should never go after some other girls boyfriend because in future it may turn on you, karma is a horrible thing. They might have a private relationship and therefore they dont talk about each other to other people. It doesnt mean that they are not happy together. Also they may spend there time together in a private place and thats why you never see them together. It doesnt mean that there relationship is in trouble in fact most relationships are healthier when two people have seperate lives outside of the relationship.Look for a guy who is single and therefore you wont be hurting any other girl in the process and also you dont want to get e reputation of a guy snatcher.
