We do use a condom and i am alreazdy on the pill, so we're doing everything safely.
damn those hormones!

Probably both.
You are young and your hormones will still be in overdrive making you feel above what you will do when you are an adult.
Also if you don't orgasm then you may not be satisfied so get your boyfriend to finish you off by hand.
Always use a condom and if you are having regular sex go on the pill AS WELL.
