basically incase this is for real...
No, it takes a man and a woman to make a baby. the sperm has to be ejaculated from the penis into the vagina at the right time of the month and then you might get pregnant although its not a given.
Hope this helps... and no you cant catch STIs from fingering yourself either, just make sure your hands are clean!

 Are you sure you are in the right age bracket for this question?. No you can't get pregnant if you finger yourself, unless maybe if you had live sperm on the end of your finger tip that was under 10 minutes old, which i think is unlikely.
