 I don't see there is anything wrong with looking as long as it isn't going any further than that.
Some women don't like their partner to look at other women as do some men but that's not because it's wrong it's just some people feel more insecure over thing's like that than other people do.
I think some people would have a problem with a partner of theirs looking at another woman if she wasn't just a passing person and was actually someone he knew and spent alot of time with.

everyone window shops, its harmless. can you say you have never looked at another person like that? aslong as they look but dont touch it should not be a problem. aslong as they go home to their girlfriends at the end of the night then its fine. just because men look doesnt say they will act on it and cheat.

 In that type of situtation i would say yes, it must be. I found out my boyfriend of 3 years had this girl crushin all over him and he seen her more then once. She got his cell phone number and has been contacting him for weeks. My best friend told me through a chain of people and i confronted him. He didnt deny it but says he told her he had a girlfriend. (i dont believe that) but, i do think its normal for guys to do that just as it might be on occassion when yo do the same thing when your with your girls. As long as those stares dont lead into conversation and anything more romantically involved then that, then your relationship will be fine. Let him know you dont care but if he can do it, then you have ever right to do the same thing as well. Good luck! :)
