smileyfaceCUTIE is verified as being by the original poster of the questionwell , we're either with his mom or my dad at schools ; or we're at church with everyone else around . I like PDA , I'm not sure yet cuz he's two grades lwer than me , butt only one year younger . my mom doesn't let me date (so she doesn't know I'm with him) so I never get to go on dates with him . and I don't think his mom knows . she's the principal of my sister's school , so it would be a little awkward if she knew .

I think your guy is just shy at the moment and needs time to be more confident ^_^. Mostly any guy likes their gf kissing them if they really love them i'd say, its natural :).
Another tip is, you could start by kissing other parts of his when he doesnt expect, like when sitting for the movies, take his hand in yours and then at some point raise it to your mouth to kiss it, then at later stages, move on to kissing his cheek and later his lips...
Another approach could be, when u are done going out, go for the old fashioned 'good night' kiss :)
