If he's a young immature guy, he might. If he's young but mature, he might not. I never did because I was mature for my age and didn't need to say anything, but there were some guys who did. It depends what this other guy is like. If you ask him not to tell, and he doesn't, then he's trustworthy. If you ask and he does tell, then you know he's immature.
