it doesnt have to hurt, depends on how experienced and careful the guy is really, as well as how nervous you are.
as for the noises, they are only any good if they are real. so dont worry about faking anything, just enjoy what happens and take it as it comes. fingers crossed u wont need to fake any.

have your boyfriend wear a condom. & make sure he is gentle with you. use lots of lubes.
your first time will probably not be as great as you had hoped for. your boyfriend will get way too excited to the point where he doesn't know what he is doing. he probably won't last long. but i am sure it will still be quite special :]
as for the noise thing. don't fake it. it will come naturally.

 As from my own experience with first-time sex, it was with me, and another virgin...Wow, I honestly will tell you, it didn't really do much for me in the pleasure department. It was more of an emotional high. The 'he loves me, he's so gentle' high. Actually, he kinda sucked the first time, but it was amazing all the same. I love it. If he's not a virgin, it'll probably be better. No promises, hehe. The first couple of times we had sex, it got better and better, until we were only mediocore, lol. Now we're pros. We got the hang of it quick.
As for the noise thing, my boyfriend likes it. I ask him why and he says it lets him know he's giving me what I want and that I like what he's doing.

 It does hurt a little when you first have sex but only for a little while and it's not a big deal. As for noise during sex guys seem to feel differently about it. Some guys tell me it's a major turn on to know they're pleasing you and others say it puts them off what they're doing. If your boyfriend is also a virgin he probably won't be able to please you all that much to be honest. Sex between two virgins is a little disappointing at first but that just means you have to work on it. Oh and even though I'm sure you'll have thought of this make sure you've taken care of contraceptives before the big night. The pullout method doesn't work!
