A man's diet though definately does have an impact on the taste of it.

I also eat very little salt and red meat, so that probably helps. At least that is what we have read. I don't particularly like the taste either (mine, of course). We have kissed a few times before she swallowed all of it. (Hey, it's only fair.)
There are a couple of tips to make it better. One is to eat a strong mint before doing it. The other that she normally does is to not allow it to sit on the top of her tongue. She mostly lets it sit under her tongue and then quickly swallows. That way it doesn't spend any time on the taste buds.

And let's set this straight: women are paid to ACT like semen tastes good - if they don't act like they love all that's happening to them in porn they wouldn't pay their mortgage. That's a whole other post or book though.
I've been pleasing my partner with raving reviews for years and I still hate the taste, but I take it to please him. It's all up to you if you want to hang in there and try to get used to it.
It's okay to run to the sink after, guys don't mind that.

i ran this "fruit flavored sperm" through google. loads of answers - the first one is shown below...

Question
I have been told by a girl friend that if a guy drinks a lot of fruit juice, it will make his sperm taste better.
Is this true?
Answer
Well, there are some foods or drinks which can alter the taste of seminal fluid – for instance, cinnamon.
Not altogether surprisingly, there is absolutely nothing in medical text books about whether fruit juice affects the taste. This is not a topic which attracts a lot of medical research.
All I can suggest is that you 'suck it and see'. Do please let us know the results of your experiment.

They say less salt in the diet can help

I've never tried but have heard if your partner eats pineapple or orange that can change the taste for the better.
hope this helps
