Do all these things mean he likes me?

I have this guy friend who I didn't see very often, only every few days to a week we'd see each other. We started hanging around almost everyday though the last two weeks, and he's acting a lot different with me. He pays a lot of attention to me, noticing hair cuts and if I'm wearing a different tunnel or plug. He teases me a lot, in a nice way. He said once he teases everyone, but I've never noticed him teasing anyone else in the way he teases me...or teasing anyone at all, actually. And we have a lot of on going inside jokes with each other. He comes out to see me even when he feels ill. He invites me out in the early hours of the morning, and stays out quite late, even when he has work later that day. Sometimes when we're talking about something serious he'll say, "I've never told anyone that before". Sometimes I notice that he looks at me differently than he does other people, but that might just be wishful thinking. He compliments me a lot. He's not really an affectionate person, and his catch phrase is, "I feel weird". Sometimes when I've complimented him he'll say it, and sometimes when I've been affectionate towards him he'll say it too. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing, though. He does stuff for me and lets me do stupid stuff to him, too. He's only ever had one girlfriend before, so I don't think he's that ~experienced~ with girls. So what do you think? Does he like me?
