writes: Help needed!! I'm in highschool in England and I'm over the age of consent. I have a problem because I am madly in love with someone who is much older and sees me as a nice interesting kid. I know nothing will ever happen because he's not a pervert and I wouldn't really ever want it to I don't think, it would be too wierd. Anyone got any advice on how to stop thinking about him CONSTANTLY!!! Or do I really just have to give it time?!

I kinda was in the same situation but i wasn't legal and I really flirted with this guy older than me, he flirted back. now im legal we're together and there's 12 years apart. is there anyway you could give the relationship a try? or do you really just wanna forget him?x

 you neglected to say how much older.. so if I were you, I'd guess at his age do some simple math and try to figure how old he'd be if you were married,had kids and lived in a nice apartment. But how old would he be when your youngest child graduated high school. If he'd be feeble and in a wheelchair grab a mental image of that and that ought to cure you of your crush.
