It's normal after pregnancy! My mom had that issue ALL the time! If it's really bothering you just stuff the smaller breast until it looks right again:). Usually it went away after a month for my mom, if it doesn't talk to your doctor.

The option is plastic surgery, either reduction of the one boob or enlargement of the other (I'll advice a reduction of the one to keep them both natural). But, since you just had a baby, the very best thing would be to wait with doing anything! Your breast are filled with milk right now and your body is full of hormones, so it's to be expected that your breasts change. What happens though is that when your baby stops breast feeding and your breasts stop producing milk, your breasts will once again change size.
So all in all, you have to wait until your breasts are no longer producing milk and have turned into their post-breast-feeding state. Only then will you be able to see the real size difference (they could possibly end up at the same size for all you know) and only then can you go through with a surgery. Those will cost money though!
Do your best for now by using a good bra that supports, and use a cream on your boobs that says it will make your skin firm and reduce stretch marks.
