writes:Ok so another small problem.I was seeing this guy for 8 weeks, we had such a laugh together and everything was great. I had met him 4 weeks after I came out of a 4 year relationship and I found him irrestistable. A few years ago, he came out of a really bad relationship and at times, I got the impression he is terrified of going into another. Anyway, I had this feeling that in the long term, I would get hurt again and although he kept on saying little things like, "you're really different" and "I quite like you" after I finished with him, he said that his eyes have been opened and that he felt I wanted more from the relationship than he was ready to give. Anyway, I can't stop thinking about him. We never talked about the way we felt about each other, as we were only seeing each other for 6 weeks. He finds it very hard to open up. Last night I received a text of him and I was so happy to receive it. It basically said "Hiya, how are you? Is it your friends do this week, she is my friend 2 and I was going to send her a card but don't have her number, cheers gorgeus" I replied and he said "thank you very much for your help". Do you think he is still interested or do you think he has texted me so we can be friends? Thank you!

I would say he's interested in you. He made up an excuse to touch bases with you and called you gorgeous...hmmm, I would say he probably likes you more than a friend, but I don't know if he only wants a friendship with you, that would be something you need to find out from him.
