I have Asperger Syndrome and after a current relationship I was in ended. I decided to disclose via letter by email. Now I am concerned or not if has told anyone else and how can i findout?

You're afraid he told someone you have Asperger's? He may or may not have--but it's really NOT a big deal. If that is what you disclosed to him in your email, just to make yourself feel better, write him again and explain that what you wrote to him was in confidence and you would appreciate it if he didn't tell anyone else because it's a very personal issue to you. Otherwise, people really won't care and a lot of people don't even know what it is, so don't worry yourself too much.

aunt honesty agony auntWhat is that is worrying you? What do you think that he has told people? You need to just let this go and stop worrying about it and what other people think. Try and move on from this relationship and forget about it.
