I have an issue...

I have been increasingly depressed...

Summer has came and i've been sad...I'm exactly 200lbs... And i was wayyyy lighter last summer...I'm sad...I've been working out 5x a week- nothing helping. and I'm still 200lbs. I've lost all sex drive... My boyfriend is questioning. I feel so bad that i don't want to...But i havn't had the urge or want to have sex. It makes me feel like crying, i love him....But i want to feel normal in my skin again... I don't know if i have a pacific question to ask but oh well... Any thoughts?

Are you on the pill?

If so then try a different one. It could explain everything.

As for the weight gain, go and talk to your doctor about why you can't shift it. Check there is nothing wrong with your hormones.

Good Luck!! xx
