It may be a warning of something bad that is about to happen in your life.I have had multiple day dreams that have become reality. One of which may have even saved my life.I don`t think I`m normal in this regard but never the less I recommend you try to get an understanding of what your visions are,and be prepared to deal with whatever your subconscious is trying to tell you.

You need to learn to control and "bend" your day dreams. It does take a lot of focus, but it can be done. It is kinda like when you have a good dream that turns REAL ugly and you wake up, if you focus on the scary part you might dream it again and again, if you use your imagination and "continue" the dream but head in a different direction you might not have the dream again.Something is obviously on your mind, a sense of stress or angst. You will ( like a bad dream) have to find a way to deal with whatever it is that sets you off.
