Honestly, most people find this disturbing so proceed into this relationship with knowledge that it won't be easy.here is a list of states that allow FIRST blood cousins to marry:AlabamaAlaskaArizona (only if they are over a certain age or cannot bear children. Half cousins, yes.)CaliforniaColoradoConneticutDistrict of ColumbiaFlorida GeorgiaHawaiiMarylandMassachusettsNew JerseyNew MexicoNew YorkRhode IslandSouth CarolinaTennesseeVermontVirginiaHere is another list from the same source, (not sure if I can state other URL links in here, so just please trust me that this is a worthy source, you can search these laws if you want :)) that is of the states that allow some form of cousins to marry but have some restrictions more so than the previous listIllinois (only if they are over a certain age or cannot bear children)Indiana-first cousins once removed (only if they are over a certain age or cannot bear children)Kansas -half cousins ONLYMaine (only if they are over a certain age or cannot bear children, or if they get genetic counseling)Minnesota-no unless aboriginal culture of the couple permits cousin marriagesMississippi-adopted cousins onlyMontana-half cousins onlyNebraska-half cousins onlyNevada-half cousins onlyNorth Carolina-First cousins, yes. Double first cousins are not allowed to get married.Oklahoma-half cousins onlyOregon-adopted cousins onlyUtah-only if they are over a certain age or cannot bear childrenWest Virginia-adopted cousins onlyWisconsin-First cousins once removed, yes, only if they are over a certain age or cannot bear children. Here are the states that DO NOT allow any type of cousin relationships.ArkansasDelawareIdahoIowaKentuckyMichiganMissouriNew HampshireNorth DakotaOhioPennsylvaniaSouth DakotaTexasWashingtonWyomingthis knowledge might help you realize what culture you fit into and how society might view your relationship. I was actually surprised to see that cousin relationships are more accepted than not law-wise only because incest is the number one thing that all cultures agree upon is immoral, however thats with sibling relationships, cousins aren't siblings, but their parents are. I hope this list helps.

Well, depends are you cousins by marriage? Is that what you mean by not being blood related? Some people will probably not understand if you say Cousin. But if she has no blood relation to you then she is not really your cousin ... so i'd leave the cousin part out. And society will never know, and no i don't really think people would, she's not like your mom's sister's daughter or something RIGHT!?
