The thing is, he doesn't really like anything in particular. He isn't into video games or cars, he is allergic to cologne, and he doesn't really wear any kind of jewelry. This makes it nearly impossible to shop for him, and I need some serious advice! Please let me know what I could get him. We are NOT sexually active or anything, so please don't suggest anything of the sort. I would really appreciate comments from guys, from their point of view. Thank you so much!!! :)

Hello again. The card/note is fine, if you don't get too mushy. Just let him know you appreciate him and everything about him.
The skittles (they're lollies aren't they?), will be a great little treat for him as well.
Sounds good all round.
Best wishes.

I actually think i'm going to make him a note/card. we always write notes to eachother during 5th period at school then swap them, so i think i'm going to write him a 'note', but it says how much i care for him and everything i love about us. plus a huge bag of skittles cause they're his fav ;) or is the note too mushy gooey stuff? i don't want him to be startled by the sudden lovey dovey stuff... i dunno. just throwing ideas around!

Hi there. Well, I'm not a guy, but I am going to be honest with you about what I think, anyway.
You really can't go wrong by buying him a nice Valentine's card that has the right words - appropriate to how you feel.
Cards say so much, that no gift ever could. Words are so very personal and meaningful. He'll appreciate it.
There are so many different cards to choose from as well.
Enjoy your day! Take care.
